You have begun the first step for the "new you" - we will never share your information with anyone. You will be contacted soon about the results of your SAT and/or HAQ registration.

If you filled out the SAT (Skin Analysis Test), you will be contacted by our office to start your customized skin care program.

If you filled out the HAQ (Health Appraisal Questionnaire) registration form, you will be given a new Login and Password to enter into Dr. Gerken's™ Metagenics Internet site. This will then direct you to the actual Health Appraisal Questionnaire which will start you on your journey to the "new you"!
